This is knit using Fyberspates Scrumptuous Lace in Oyster. It’s a 2ply silk merino blend. 4mm clear AB Swarovski crystal beads were added using a .5mm crochet hook to add the beads to the stitches. The pattern uses “shifting columns of dropped stitches” that flow through the pattern like little rivers, this is the column of two dropped stitches version, using 4mm needles for this project.

This shawl was worn by the Creator for her wedding and named after the venue she got married in, Ballybeg House in Wicklow.
